About 12 p.m. on Sunday, June 19, 16-12 months-aged Caroline Smith was driving with 16-12 months-aged Chloe Hamilton, each of Prairieville, along Louisiana Highway 427 near Bayou Manchac in Ascension Parish, in accordance to a information release from Louisiana State Law enforcement.
