Survivors endure 15 minutes of horror at Chillakondaiahpalli

The 6 travellers and the driver of the autorickshaw endured 15 minutes of horror, whilst they were witness to the dying of 5 people thanks to electrocution and burning owing to hearth in the Chillakondaiahpalli accident in which an 11-KV HT electrical wire fell on the autorickshaw at 7 a.m. on Thursday.

“The autorickshaw has all the permissions and documents as it was a new 1 registered in 2021 November, but it was overloaded violating the permitted amount of 4. We have specified our report on this and an FIR has been filed in opposition to the auto driver as well,” stated District Transport Officer Niranjan Reddy who along with the Anantapur Deputy Transportation Commissioner N. Sivaram Prasad frequented the accident spot.
