Pursuit near Watts ends in deadly 7-car crash; suspect not old enough to drive

A pursuit near Watts finished in a deadly 7-car or truck crash near the 105 freeway on Thursday.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, deputies ended up chasing the reckless driving suspect, at the rear of the wheel of what was reportedly a stolen Kia Sportage, just before they crashed into an uninvolved car in the 11600 block of S. Central Avenue in South Los Angeles at the off-ramp of the 105 Freeway. 

Deputies detained two people from the automobile. Though the chase was to begin with prompted thanks to the suspect’s reckless driving, they figured out that the car or truck they were being driving was also stolen. 

Legislation enforcement claimed that the suspects, who were being explained to be under the affect of alcoholic beverages, were not previous adequate to drive, becoming someplace among 14 and 15 years old.
