Deputies explained they observed the gentleman with the oil bottle in his hand. When they arrested him, he smelled like oil and was observed with meth.

He was arrested on a 1st-diploma assault cost and two counts of possession of an incendiary gadget.

He was also arrested on a strike-and-run charge following he struck a person’s unattached garage, deputies mentioned.

The man’s bail was set at $100,000.
